Mitch and I sat down to talk about his Backstory. We discuss his upbringing, and how he came to the decision that becoming a U.S Navy SEAL was the path that he wanted to take. Mitch devoted 10 years to the teams, and had become a formidable mixed martial arts fighter in the process. Mitch discusses his transition out of the teams and into fighting, and how he started his company, MASF. This podcast covers everything from life, business, mindset, psychedelics and spirituality.
