This is the longest episode I've ever recorded, and one of the most moving as well. Ben opens up about his life and some of the terrible things that he had to ensure as a child. His willingness to be completely vulnerable is admirable. We talk about his decision to join the Navy and his path to becoming a Navy SEAL. We discuss him leaving the teams, and how contracting gave him an opportunity to right his ship and regain the respect of his brothers. I truly think that you'll all love this episode!
